Gun Service Request Form Instructions

If you need some type gun service work performed, please fill out the complete form to the right and select the submit button. 

  • Once you complete and submit the Gun Service Request Form, we will review the information. 

  • We will determine our cost to the work described in the service work request. We will then provide back to you the work order estimate electronically by email. 

  • You will need to accept the work order estimate within 5 days, or the work order quote is no longer valid and will be closed. (Make sure and check your Spam/Junk folder in your email)

  • Once we receive the accepted work order estimate response from you, we will call you to accept payment and provide shipping instructions on how to get the gun to our shop. 

  • Once the work order is completed, we will box up your gun for shipment and have it shipped back to you. You will receive an email from us with shipment tracking information.
